By accessing and using Massanutten Rocks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13-17 must provide a parent or guardian email. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage a supervised account on their behalf, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Massanutten Rocks a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You must not post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates others' rights.

5. Rock Hunting Safety

IMPORTANT: Participation in rock hunting activities is at your own risk. Massanutten Rocks is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while searching for, placing, or collecting painted rocks. Always be aware of your surroundings, stay on designated paths, supervise children at all times, and respect private property.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Harassing or bullying other users
• Placing rocks in dangerous or prohibited locations
• Using toxic or harmful materials on rocks
• Spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, approve, or remove any content at our discretion. Content that violates these terms may be removed without notice. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Massanutten Rocks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
